ETIAS — European Travel Information and Authorisation System
Planning a trip to Europe? ETIAS is a new electronic travel authorisation required for visa-exempt travellers visiting Schengen Area countries. Before you board your flight, you'll need to apply online, pay a small fee, and receive approval — typically within minutes. It is linked to your passport and valid for three years or until your passport expires. Think of it as the European equivalent of the US ESTA. Essential reading for any traveller heading to France, Italy, Spain, Greece, and 26 other Schengen destinations. ETIAS is expected to begin operations in the last quarter of 2026.
Passport holders from these 59 countries & territories require ETIAS

Planning a Private Wellness Retreat: What to Know Before You Book
A private wellness retreat is not a hotel stay with a spa attached — it's a fully composed program built around diagnostics, restorative therapy, and uninterrupted time away from the demands that brought you there in the first place. The best experiences are booked three to six months out, since the leading practitioners, estate buy-outs, and forest sanctuaries we work with hold only a handful of dates each season. Before you book, it helps to know what you actually want from the time: a longevity-focused reset with clinical diagnostics, a purely restorative escape with minimal structure, or a movement-and-mind program built around yoga, breathwork, and contemplative practice. We compose the itinerary around that answer first, then layer in the estate, the practitioners, and the pacing — so the days feel considered rather than scheduled. Coastal longevity retreats, forest sanctuaries, private spa estates, and mind & movement programs are all available through our Wellness practice.

Guaranteed access to events like Wimbledon, the FIFA World Cup, the Super Bowl, or Coachella rarely comes down to buying a better ticket — it comes down to relationships with hospitality partners secured months, sometimes a year, ahead of the event. The earlier a request comes in, the more the access resembles a full experience rather than a single seat: centre court with a hospitality suite, field-side with credentialed access, backstage rather than general admission. Because inventory for the highest-tier packages is fixed and sells out early, we recommend starting the conversation six to twelve months before a marquee event, and as soon as dates are announced for anything with limited hospitality allocations. Our Sports & Entertainment practice currently holds access across major 2026 and 2027 fixtures, including tennis majors, World Cup matches across the US, Canada, and Mexico, and select music festivals.

Booking a multi-week corporate itinerary or an extended incentive trip is a different discipline from booking a single leisure stay — it requires coordinating private aviation, multiple residences or ultra-luxury properties, ground logistics across time zones, and a level of discretion that a standard corporate travel platform isn't built for. We work directly with executive assistants, chiefs of staff, and corporate travel managers to compose itineraries that hold up under real-world complexity: last-minute schedule changes, varying group sizes, dietary and accessibility requirements, and the expectation that every detail has already been handled before anyone asks. Whether it's a 25-day international itinerary, a series of $10,000-$50,000-per-night stays, or an incentive trip for a leadership team, the process starts with a single point of contact on our side and a clear scope document before a single reservation is made.
